Each ml contains:
• Phenylbutazone: 200mg
• Dexamethasone (as sodium phosphate): 0.38 mg
• Excipient: Q.S.P. 100 ml

🔬 Mechanism of Action

Dexamethasone: A member of the glucocorticoid family, it exerts pharmacologic effects on all body cells. It is highly valued for its immunosuppressive and anti-inflammatory actions. It inhibits lytic enzymes released during inflammation and severe stress, and decreases phagocytosis by macrophages.

Phenylbutazone: An NSAID that inhibits prostaglandin's inflammatory effects, reducing pain, fever, and inflammation. It interferes with the early stages of inflammation, reducing vascular permeability to prevent edema and diapedesis.
